Ask the Truth is a browser game by Good Thing. No account is required to play.
We store an anonymous session identifier in an essential cookie for each case, lasting up to 30 days. Answers, Resolve, and results are stored in our Cloudflare database so a refresh can resume your investigation. Starting again replaces the active session in your browser.
Notes, suspect marks, pinned answers, and draft theories are saved in local storage on your device. They are not submitted for grading. Submitting a conclusion sends only your selected person, method, and motive. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove your local notes and session cookies.
When you submit a report, we store the message, case, category, and any email address you choose to provide. Reports may also be sent to our team through Resend. We use them to investigate issues and respond to you, not to subscribe you to marketing messages. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network information such as IP addresses for delivery and abuse protection. Feedback uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Rate limits use an IP-based key on the server. We do not currently install advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Use the feedback form and include your report reference or the email address you supplied. Private device notes can be removed directly from your browser’s site storage.
